Chad Price, President of Color-Crete, Inc. had over 10 years experience in the concrete industry when the family established the company in 1991.  Since then, Color-Crete has steadily built a reputation as Ohio’s most progressive leader in the concrete industry due to innovative product designs by William Foster, expedient project management, and outstanding quality of workmanship.   

As Northeast Ohio’s most recognized name in architectural concrete, architects, builders, pool contractors, and homeowners have relied on Color-Crete to install over 2 million square feet of architectural concrete surfaces since 1991.

Color-Crete is currently involved in the development of several prestigious residential home sites.   These unique creations involve numerous applications of our diversified product lines such as architectural surfaces and shot-crete waterfalls, grottos, slides, and themes of Mayan Ruins and Atlantis.

Education

As part of our commitment to be the best, Color-Crete is an active member in two premier organizations in our industry:

• The American Concrete Institute - Founded in 1904, ACI is a technical and educational society dedicated to improving the design, construction, maintenance and repair of concrete structures.  ACI conducts more than 150 educational seminars each year and has 13 different certification programs for concrete practitioners, as well as a scholarship program to promote careers in the industry.
   

• The Decorative Concrete Council – Part of the American Society of Concrete Contractors, the DCC governs many building codes and standard application processes in the architectural concrete industry.

Innovation

Color-Crete attends the World of Concrete, the world’s largest annual trade show for commercial construction and the ultimate showcase for the equipment, products and technology in the commercial construction industry. There, our technicians learn about the latest innovations in concrete construction technology.  They also observe and participate in the largest, most respected advanced educational program in the industry.

In January 2003, Color-Crete submitted three completed projects designed by then Color-Crete president William H. Foster and implemented by the Color-Crete construction team for National and World recognition awards at the World of Concrete show.

Professionalism

Mr. Price and Mr. Foster participate in many forums with the world’s most recognized designers and contractors to share trade information, designs, concepts, and pictures of completed projects.

We have also been recognized by Concrete Décor magazine, the only magazine in the country dedicated to our industry.  Color-Crete’s many unique projects will be featured in an upcoming issue for national recognition.
